Why did it have such an impact on third countries world?

Ethanol can be produced largely from grains such as corn, etc. These types of materials are the food many traditional peoples, who are now competing for a limited supply of these materials compared to large enterprises, research organizations, etc. In addition, corn and grain used to feed livestock (chickens, cows) and the strong demand for research and production of ethanol increases the cost to feed animals that feed humans. Beef and beef, dairy products and prices are also increasing the cost of many grain for this reason. Who do you think will be able to pay more money for corn? A research company that receives government subsidies, or a poor person in the world (it does not matter, as many Americans are struggling with food prices as well.) It is simply solved by strong demand for corn and cereal products (for non-consumption) with a limited global supply.
